Where we ship
Australia-wide, including all states, territories and PO boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.
Cost and speed
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- Standard — $9.95, 3–6 business days.
- Express — $14.95, 1–3 business days.
Dispatched from Melbourne within 1 business day. Delivery estimates are Australia Post's and start from dispatch, not from when you order. Remote and regional addresses can take longer, and December is slower than the rest of the year.
You get tracking by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.
Gift orders
Every order is wrapped the same way at no extra cost: rolled in tissue, boxed in unbranded kraft, with no prices anywhere on or inside the parcel. Add a message at checkout and we hand-write it onto a card.
Shipping to the recipient instead of yourself is fine — just put their address in as the delivery address.
Returns
Changed your mind, or picked the wrong size? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.
- The mat needs to be unused and in resaleable condition.
- Email us first at hello@giftforhim.com.au with your order number and we will send return instructions.
- Return postage for change-of-mind is at your cost. We cover it for exchanges on gift orders.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
Faulty or wrong items
If a mat arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us with a photo. We will replace it or refund it, and we pay the return postage.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The 30-day policy above is offered in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
