Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy from giftforhim.com.au. Placing an order means you accept them.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — stock error, pricing error, or an address we cannot ship to — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
The product
Mats are cut from 3mm pressed wool-blend felt. Allow ±3mm on stated dimensions. Felt is a natural-fibre blend, so slight variation in shade and surface between batches is normal and is not a fault. Screen colours are indicative only.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See shipping & returns.
Returns
Our 30-day change-of-mind policy is set out on the shipping & returns page. It sits in addition to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the goods.
